Can a porch also be freestanding?

Can a porch also be freestanding?

Yes of course you can! What we do is place a freestanding structure. With a canopy you have a choice: place it on the house or place it freestanding, for example in the back of the garden. This is possible with any canopy. Another reason for placing a porch or canopy in front of the house or against the house; a listed building where we are not allowed to attach or drill the canopy to the facade, or if the facade is not strong enough.

Then the roof also stands completely on its own, and you can enjoy all the benefits of a veranda or canopy. And of course, if you do not have the budget in one go or if you first want to feel and experience it, you can also expand with the walls of the freestanding veranda or the normal veranda. You can do it all at once, or you can do it in stages according to our savings system.
