We are looking for a professional hostess for our Experience Center who will serve as the first point of contact for our customers on Saturdays (and possibly Sundays as well). In this role, you will be the face of our company. Your warm and welcoming demeanor will immediately put visitors at ease and make them feel welcome.
Work activities
As a hostess, you are the face of our organization. You make sure every visitor feels seen and welcome.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and assisting customers
- Providing coffee, tea, and a thoughtful hospitality experience
- Assistance with scheduling appointments
- Handing out brochures and providing information to visitors
- Light administrative and support duties
- Assistance from the receptionist
