Van Beem Buitenleven is all about creating the perfect garden for our customers. As a project employee customer contact & work preparation, you are an indispensable link between the execution and the customer. You will ensure that everything runs like clockwork, from the conclusion of the sale to delivery.
What will you do?
- You liaise with customers and answer questions about ongoing projects
- You place orders with the suppliers following the sales of the sales specialists
- You ensure flawless processing of orders with our suppliers
- You monitor deliveries and schedule deliveries with our delivery drivers
- You process any complaints and ensure clear communication with the customer
- You will prepare customer files and ensure that they are complete for field service
- You will assist with billing and other administrative tasks
- You will work closely with our project managers and accountant
What do you bring?
- You are organized, structured and keep an overview
- You communicate clearly, customer-focused and friendly
- You have experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- You have an excellent command of the Dutch language, both orally and in writing
- You are available for 40 hours per week

- A salary between €2,500 and €3,000 gross per month
