Do you enjoy making sure everything is taken care of down to the last detail? As a production planner, you’ll oversee the entire order process for our garden furniture—from order placement to delivery. You’ll serve as the link between the supplier, the shipping company, and the customer, ensuring that every customer can enjoy their purchase on time.
Job Description
- Processing of invoicing and order administration
- Placing orders with suppliers and verifying order confirmations
- Monitoring delivery times and coordinating with the shipping department
- Scheduling and tracking deliveries
- Manage customer communication from the post-sale phase through to project completion
- Answering customer questions by phone and email
- Handling complaints
Job requirements
- You are solution-oriented, organized, and have strong communication skills.
- You have proven experience with ERP systems.
- You accurately record data (digitally) and have an eye for detail.
- Good command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing.
- You are available full-time (Monday through Friday).
- Salary based on your knowledge and experience: €2,800–€3,600 gross per month.
