In this part-time position, you will be responsible for managing our sales staff's schedules and carefully processing customer data. You will keep track of appointments on your workday and be the first to welcome customers to the showroom. In addition, you will be responsible for answering and transferring incoming phone calls, as well as contacting interested parties by phone to invite them to our showroom and schedule an appointment. Quality and professionalism are paramount at Van Beem Buitenleven, which is why it is important that all phone calls are handled in a careful, customer-friendly, and enthusiastic manner.
You are the face of the company, and visitors feel at home thanks to your friendly welcome. In short, it is a varied job with a hospitable role.

What can you offer us?
- You have a pleasant telephone voice.
- You have experience with telephony and customer contact.
- You have experience with the Microsoft Office suite.
- You are eager to learn
- You are fluent in spoken and written Dutch and English.
- You have good communication skills and are persuasive.
- You are good at setting priorities and switching gears quickly.
- You are available 3 days a week; Monday and Friday as fixed working days, and Wednesday and Saturday alternating every other week.
- You are a team player and willing to work on Sundays.
- Your salary depends on your knowledge and experience and ranges between €2,600 and €3,200 gross per month based on a 40-hour working week.
